I’m super proud to be part of the inaugural Broadcast Technical Assistants Skills Bootcamp bootcamp alongside the awesome Ed Calverley . Ed will be covering hands-on skills for the fast-paced world of live production, TV, and digital media.

I’ll be covering workflow - that catch-all word meaning “we wrote down how to get the work done in a series of composable tasks”. The tasks themselves may be composed of sub-tasks, sub-sub tasks all the way down. I’ll be covering the latest in AI and how to navigate it and get the best from it. I’ve quite literally re-written that part of the course every month since May due to the fast pace of change in AI.

The Vendball team has been running their virtual business for a virtual year and they’re scaling up to look like a juicy acquisition by a virtual predator. Can they make their balance sheet tell a beautiful story, or will the calamity in session 6 be their downfall. Isn’t learning lovely .
